Litigation Attorney

A prestigious law firm in Wellesley Hills, MA, is seeking a qualified Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Litigation Department. This firm prides itself on offering a concierge approach to legal services, providing clients with personalized, high-quality legal counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, with a preference for those with probate litigation experience. This is a full-time, in-office position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Location Wellesley Hills, MA Duties Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, from case preparation through trial. Develop and implement legal strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys. Provide high-quality legal advice and solutions in a range of areas. Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests. Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution methods. Maintain strong client relationships, offering clear communication and guidance throughout the litigation process. Handle probate litigation matters (preferred but not required). Collaborate across practice areas to ensure well-rounded, effective legal strategies. Requirements 4+ years of experience in litigation. Probate litigation experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively. Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active state bar membership in Massachusetts. Skills Strong litigation skills, including legal research and writing. Negotiation and settlement experience. Proven ability to manage complex cases.
