Associate HR Operations Specialist (Contractor)
to join our HR team in supporting global mobility and relocation programs. This role plays a key part in executing mobility-related services for employee relocations, transfers, and assignments—both domestic and international. It also supports immigration processes and works closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and third-party vendors. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support for mobility programs, including short- and long-term transfers, relocations, and country entry processes. Advise managers on mobility policies and gather required documentation for application processing. Support immigration and employment authorization processes for employees and candidates. Act as point of contact for counsel, government agencies, and external partners for immigration and relocation. Assist in communicating relocation packages; resolve escalated employee questions or concerns. Support Talent Acquisition with transactions related to policies and programs. Assist in the development of marketing materials (print, digital, graphic, and textual) for branding and candidate engagement. Arrange meetings, manage emails, generate ad hoc and analytical reports, and handle invoice billing and general admin support. Must-Have Skills: Ad Hoc Reporting Admin/HR experience Arranging Meetings Managing Emails Invoice Billing Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Nice-To-Have Experience: Analytical reporting Experience in relocation assistance or global mobility Background in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries Requirements: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues Seniority level
