What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as Tech Lead, guiding the technical direction of projects - Conduct technical refinement and design technical solutions - Propose technological advancements and monitor adherence to development best practices - Anticipate opportunities and challenges, developing proactive solutions - Assist in team guidance and contribute to project decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications): - Experience with Cloud Azure - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js - Background in quality culture including unit, functional, and automated testing - Familiarity with DevOps practices - Experience in code review and strong understanding of development best practices (Clean Code and hexagonal architecture)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Knowledge of observability tools, such as Dynatrace - Experience structuring technical backlogs and refining user stories - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively - Demonstrated autonomy and proactivity in project tasks
