What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and manage project plans to meet client objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget - Lead delivery teams by motivating team members, delegating work, and monitoring performance throughout project lifecycles - Track project progress against scope, goals, budgets, and timelines while preparing all project-related reports - Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project statuses - Identify risks and implement action plans for mitigation, ensuring swift resolution of issues
What is Required (Qualifications): - 8+ years of experience in project management within management/technology consulting, software engineering, or IT services focused on ERP and supply chain technology - 5+ years of experience with enterprise ERP systems, including at least 2 ERP implementation projects - 5+ years of consulting experience with a proven track record in managing full life cycle software implementation projects - Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides - Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10-15%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Working knowledge of process, industrial, or discrete manufacturing - Experience leading enterprise data projects with familiarity in data lakes and analytics tools - PMI Certification - Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members - Empathy and strong relationship-building skills
