South Bend, Indiana Full-Time Teaching Opportunities
Join a mission-driven team , where compassionate care meets clinical excellence. We re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide full-spectrum primary care in a well-established outpatient setting serving patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Practice DetailsSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (or until all patients are seen)
Call: Phone-only, 1:7 rotation
Patients/day:
Partner with one experienced Nurse Practitioner
Full-scope chronic disease management and procedures : sutures, joint injections/aspirations, pap smears, biopsies, mole/skin tag removal, etc.
Opportunities to teach Family Medicine residents in partnership with St. Joseph Health System Residency Program
Onsite basic lab services
EMR: Epic
Must adhere to Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency)
Indiana medical license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
BLS & ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
COVID-19 vaccination Required
Must be experienced in caring for all age groups pediatrics through geriatrics
Familiarity with Epic EMR Highly Preferred
