Outpatient clinical role with some teaching opportunities
Basic lab services and procedures on-site
Requires ability to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients across all ages
Collaboration with supervising physicians and other care team members
Participation in quality improvement, documentation compliance, and audits
Must adhere to ethical healthcare standards
Base Salary: $240,000 $260,000 + Production Incentives

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine
Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain)

Must have experience seeing patients of all ages (peds geriatrics)
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
