Key Responsibilities:
- Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
- Treating paediatrics to geriatrics
- Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
- Average patient census per day is 18-22
- Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents clinical teaching and supervision .
- Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
- May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply.

- Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Active DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
