Compensation and Benefits:

• The pay range for this full-time position is $246,000-$274,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.

Additional License Requirements

• COVID Vaccination, 3+ years' experience in Primary Care

Mandated Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
  
• Active CO license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• 3+ plus years experience employment in Primary Care - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  
• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
