Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients (pediatrics to geriatrics)
• Work under the supervision and collaboration of a physician
• Perform history and physical exams
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapies
• Perform basic in-office procedures
• Communicate abnormal findings to supervising physician
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment
• Reassess care plans and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with the care team for patient-centered planning
• Ensure documentation, coding, and billing accuracy
• Adhere to patient health and safety regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance processes
• Provide schedule flexibility and support service excellence
• May supervise and teach Family Medicine residents
• May need active staff membership at SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply
• Maintain professional, mission-aligned conduct at all times

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary range: $240,000-$260,000 + production

Additional License Requirements

• COVID vaccination, Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics

Mandated Requirements:

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
  
• IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  
• DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• COVID-vaccination - REQUIRED
  
• Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with paediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  
• EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
