Processing new customer registrations, booking swim lessons, managing class schedules, and updating client records. Retail sales:

Assisting with retail merchandise sales at the front desk. Lobby management:

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring proper signage, and addressing customer needs. Administrative tasks:

Managing appointment calendars, handling payments, and maintaining accurate customer data. Essential skills for a SafeSplash Swim School- Front Desk role:
