Caring. Connecting. Growing together. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will provide crucial support for a wide variety of mental health conditions for our diverse patient base. Your role will encompass individual and group therapy, medication management, and involvement in intensive outpatient programs. Key Responsibilities: Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers. Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication treatment. Engage in enhancing the training experiences for our graduate students. Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Implement treatment for diverse mental health conditions utilizing evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Systematically monitor treatment responses and clinical symptoms, tracking changes and treatment side effects. Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in California. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional social work or clinical experience post-Master's degree. Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computers for communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness. The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
