In your role as a Licensed Clinical Therapist/Independent Licensed Therapist, you will address a wide range of mental health conditions and provide vital support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering individual and group therapy, overseeing medication management, and leading intensive outpatient programs. Key Responsibilities: Build strong provider-patient relationships and collaborate with external providers to ensure comprehensive care. Conduct thorough outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management as needed. Engage in the training of graduate students, enhancing their professional development. Screen and assess patients for prevalent mental health and substance use disorders. Administer evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and more. Systematically monitor treatment outcomes and track changes in clinical symptoms and side effects. Represent the practice through community presentations and educational lectures. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Connecticut. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional post-Master's clinical experience. Experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computer systems for communication and medical documentation - including Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or similar EHRs). Able to work both independently and as part of a team. The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $114,300 annually, depending on factors such as local market conditions, education, and experience.
