General Summary:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced supervisor with an injection molding background with a good understanding of manufacturing practices. This role reports to the Plant Manager of the molding facility and is essential to our corporate objective of producing and distributing high-quality, high-utility products to consumers in a cost-effective, efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions: Communicates daily/weekly/monthly objectives to employees Monitors and prioritizes materials flow, production workflow, and distribution priorities with the Plant Manager and other Team Leads. Monitors daily production output, quality, and inventory levels to ensure company target metrics are achieved Involved in mold, material, and color changeovers. Directly responsible for quality control, quality assurance, ISO compliance, and related personnel training Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and coordinates implementations with all employees Enforces strict safety guidelines and supports all training protocols for employees Produces or reviews production schedules providing guidance as necessary Produces or reviews the schedule of essential equipment maintenance Monitor vacation requests and schedules of vacation for employees to attain adequate coverage Participates in securing, developing, and training adaptable leaders capable of embracing new and improving technologies Willingness to enforce compliance with company policies Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience in Injection Molding Supervisory is preferred Experience in Injection Molding is preferred Experience in mold, material, color, changeovers is preferred Experience with production automation is preferred Experience changing molds, material, color, etc. is preferred Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery Manufacturing experience in an ISO-compliant environment ERP platform experience is preferred High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Flexible work hours as required to meet project deadlines Able to sit, walk, and move around for long hours at a time Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate and build consensus in a high-pressure environment Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional conflict resolution attributes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic Adaptability & stress tolerance Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard Compensation and Benefits:
