Data Analyst
working
onsite

Tempe, AZ
to support our premier client's warehousing & distribution data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data visualization skills. This is a
6-month
contract role
that offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in data-driven decision making and analytics for our client's warehousing and distribution.
What You'll Do:
As a Data Analyst you'll play a key role in empowering stakeholders by building intuitive, customer-facing dashboards and tools, and unlocking the value of diverse operational datasets. You will:
Develop and maintain business intelligence reporting solutions using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools Ingest, organize, and subscribe to datasets critical to warehousing & distribution operations Design and deliver SQL queries and data extracts for self-service and ad hoc analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, measure performance, and drive continuous improvements Apply foundational statistical methods and Python scripts to support trend analysis and predictive insights Basic Qualifications:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in analytics or business intelligence Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with large-scale operational or logistics data Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders Strong attention to detail and an ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights
