This role will focus on: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Demandand Supply Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible fordeveloping accurate demand forecasts, managing inventory levels, and aligningsupply plans to ensure product availability while minimizing costs. You willcollaborate closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics teams tosupport business goals and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academicbackground in supply chain or operations planning. You will be responsible forbuilding the foundational system, aligning demand and supply, optimizinginventory levels, and driving operational efficiencies across all departments.This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ahands-on approach to ensure we create a streamlined, effective, and sustainableprocess.

What you'll be doing Demand & Supply Planning: Collaborate with sales and production teams to create accurate demand forecasts. Maintain and update sales forecasts to ensure alignment with inventory levels, production schedules, and customer requirements. Use forecasting tools and data analysis to predict demand trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly. Participate in SIOP processes to support long-term planning. Inventory Management: Coordinate with Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory levels to ensure stock is available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels based on demand projections. Track inventory movements, identify trends, and work alongside Inventory Coordinator to implement strategies to reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock. Support new product launches, promotions, and product phase-outs with integrated planning approaches. Collaboration & Communication:

Act as a liaison between sales, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocation. Present monthly reports to leadership, outlining key metrics, demand/supply variances, and proposed action plans. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to address any issues impacting effectiveness. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the planning process and implement best practices. Work with the team to refine forecasting methods, planning tools, and overall supply chain strategy. Ensure that processes are continually optimized to align with company goals and changing market conditions. What you'll need to be successful on this role

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Formal academic training in Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Management is desired (e.g., certifications such as CPIM or CSCP). Master's degree or additional professional certifications are a plus. 5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations planning roles. Proven track record of setting up Demand Planning processes, from the ground up, including designing forecasting systems, inventory management frameworks, and supply-demand alignment processes. Physical Demands

• Mobility: Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods (at least 50% of the time), with occasional need to stand or move around to maintain health and well-being; and occasionally lift or carry office supplies and equipment up to 10 pounds. Ability to regularly operate a computer keyboard and mouse. • Vision and Hearing: Ability to use a computer and read documents at close range (within a few feet of the observer or screen). • Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients either in-person, phone, or video conferencing tools (ie: Teams or Zoom). • Work Environment (office): Typical office setting with moderate noise levels and standard office equipment.
