LHH is actively seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst for one of our top clients in Fintech! This position plays a key role in optimizing our client's learning platforms and driving efficient, scalable education experiences for employees across the organization. Configure and manage learning content, user groups, enrollments, and reporting features within the learning management system (LMS).

Handle higher-tier support requests (via Jira), working closely with HR operations teams and contributing to the rollout of new features and platform enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations (e.g., Workday), user experience problems, and technical bugs.

Provide expert guidance to internal LMS administrators, ensuring learning configurations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Maintain system documentation, contribute to governance processes, and identify areas for operational and system improvement.

Participate in strategic projects and help shape the learning technology roadmap, supporting programs such as onboarding, leadership development, and partner training.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a business systems, HR tech, or learning technology role.

Strong practical knowledge of Docebo or a comparable LMS, with a focus on configuration and system support.

Experience working with Workday, especially in connection with learning content, integration workflows, and course lifecycle management.

Proven ability to support large-scale training operations, including compliance and onboarding programs.

Comfortable using collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira, Slack, and Notion in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Skilled in identifying and diagnosing system issues, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolution.

Excellent communicator with a collaborative, consultative mindset and a strong focus on end-user experience and service quality.

Location:

100% Remote, long term contract opportunity with our client

Pay Details:

$50.00 to $60.75 per hour
