Position Overview
Systems Optimization
Use data insights to identify patterns and recommend improvements across People-related workflows and systems.
Workday Strategy Develop and maintain custom dashboards to support global People initiatives.
Manage high-volume data operations including EIBs, bulk uploads, and integrations across platforms.
Continuously refine business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Governance & Compliance Support configuration of Workday's security model, ensuring effective role-based access.
Maintain global compliance standards and monitor segregation of duties.
Global Collaboration Partner with teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to implement cohesive, cross-regional solutions.
What You Bring 3+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on systems, high-volume transactions, and project execution.
Deep expertise in Workday, including: Custom report creation and analytics
EIB management
Security group administration
Business process configuration
Proven ability to implement scalable, compliant processes in global environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Core Competencies Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, especially Workday.
Analytical Thinking:
Skilled in identifying root causes and solving complex issues.
Communication:
Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
Adaptability:
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Global Perspective:
Experience working across time zones and cultural contexts.
Pay Details:
$35.00 to $44.30 per hour
