Essential Duties: Support global strategy activities with analysis of the business, specifically for Ford and GM. Assist in completion of Global sales forecast (Sigh-Off Tool) as directed and perform analysis of data as necessary. Lead sales efforts related to affiliate parts sold from West Virginia including part set up, pricing, and forecast. Fill out support documentation for parts we buy from other regions. Create and maintain internal reference documents for global customers, including being site administrator for Ford and GM global sites. Create supporting documentation for presentations for management reporting, meetings, conferences as necessary. Be the lead for data analysis and artificial intelligence tools (Japan BI, Power BI, etc) as they are implemented into the OE team. Engage in direct communications with local departments, Niterra HQ in Japan, and other global Niterra facilities Assist in S&OP file creation and monthly customer releases validation. Assist and be back up for 3 year forecast combination, upload and analyzing. Train and mentor members of the sales unit. Utilize customer websites and other software tools Review third party content and/or participate in conferences to gain knowledge and take that into account when creating forecasts and planning materials Create and distribute customer related information as needed and provide knowledge transfer on industry, forecast, trends etc. as discovered. This may be done through meetings, bulletins or e-mail. Create roles and responsibilities in SAP for OE team. Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, J-Sox and Safety related policies. Perform all job-related tasks as assigned Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Associates degree in business or equivalent field Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or customer support role Minimum of 3 years related experience in automotive industry. Experience in a multicultural environment preferred Strong communication skills verbally and in writing Excellent project management skills Excellent organization, planning and administration High attention to detail, commitment to accuracy with analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, with strong skills in Excel Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
