Description Join the Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos as a Senior Network Engineer supporting the HEITS Contract for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Insider Threat Program (ITP). This is an outstanding opportunity to leverage your expertise to enhance, support, and innovate the network infrastructure of the ITP. The mission of the ITP is critical; it involves identifying insider threats through advanced analytics and data correlation to maintain the integrity of DHS's efforts in safeguarding our homeland. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supporting the ITP network infrastructure; executing routine maintenance tasks, guiding upgrades, and overseeing system enhancements for optimal performance. Overseeing the High Speed Guard Cross Domain solution for efficient data transfer across various classification domains. Maintaining comprehensive documentation to accurately reflect the configuration baseline. Designing and implementing system recapitalization plans to support capacity growth and changes as per customer directives. Acting as the go-to expert for all matters regarding the ITP network infrastructure. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of related experience. Demonstrated leadership experience. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation and reports. Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and key stakeholders. Strong understanding of defense-in-depth principles, network security architecture, and IT security elements. Active Top Secret government security clearance; eligibility for DHS EOD SCI. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field. Over 10 years of proven experience in IT service delivery management. Familiarity with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms. Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platform. Expertise with Cisco and Juniper LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Proficient with Palo Alto Firewalls. Location:

This position is based in a secure federal facility. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite. Pay Range:

$126,100.00 - $227,950.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a guideline; actual offers will consider various factors including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and market data.
