Title: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Remote (EST)
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager Contractor to support cross-functional initiatives that drive Go-To-Market (GTM) alignment, operational excellence, and revenue impact. You will be a strategic thinker and execution powerhouse who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and other functional partners to deliver key projects managed by GTM Operations Team.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end GTM projects and programs, including product launches, sales enablement initiatives, tech stack implementations, and process optimizations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements. Build and maintain project plans, identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution and delivery. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment. Optimize project workflows and introduce best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Monitor project performance and report on KPIs, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and proposing scalable solutions. Support strategic planning and quarterly business reviews through input on project impact and roadmap alignment. Qualifications
6+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth B2B technology company. Strong understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps) and their interdependencies. Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet). PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification or experience is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
