This role is pivotal in overseeing instructional and management responsibilities for our Workforce Development site. You will supervise nursing program activities, assist in implementing special projects, and contribute to a wide range of tasks, including planning and compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: Advocating for faculty and students while maintaining program policies and procedures Overseeing the maintenance of supplies and equipment Collaborating with HR and participating in program committees Being involved in the admissions process We are looking for candidates who hold a current, valid California Registered Nursing License (or an equivalent) and have a master's or higher degree in nursing, education, or administration. A minimum of one year of teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs is required, along with one year of continuous experience as a registered nurse in direct patient care. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong commitment to diversity. Proficiency in technology and the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams are essential. This role includes clinical and faculty responsibilities, student advising, and participation in national NCLEX success meetings.
