You will oversee program budgets, collaborate with faculty and staff at clinical sites, develop curriculum, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. As an influential leader, you will manage student and faculty records, prepare necessary documentation for state and board requirements, and uphold strong educational partnerships with clinical sites. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the community and the college, engage in faculty recruitment and orientation, and contribute to the evaluation of programs and faculty performance. To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, focusing on nursing and education administration. Applicants should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, 2 years of teaching experience in nursing, and 2 years of direct patient care as a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license, demonstrate expertise in supervision, planning, and budget management, and exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
