Community Access Services is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a
Job Coach
in Canby. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them succeed and grow in community-based employment settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site coaching and support to individuals at their place of employment Help individuals learn job tasks, develop soft skills, and navigate workplace expectations Communicate regularly with employers and CAS staff to support client success Monitor progress toward employment goals and complete required documentation Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support and guidance Promote inclusion and advocate for individuals' rights and workplace accommodations What We’re Looking for:
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or in a coaching/training role preferred—but we provide full training! High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to pass a national background check Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Physical ability to assist individuals with mobility and complete job tasks alongside them What We Offer:
