New Pay Rate - Now Starting at $19/Hour! We're excited to announce a new pay increase to better reflect the value of this meaningful and rewarding position. Relevant experience will be considered when determining your starting rate.
What You'll Do: Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to the workplace Teach essential skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors Offer feedback, coaching, and consistent support every step of the way
Who We're Looking For: You're compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed You're 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED You have a valid U.S. driver's license (held for at least 2 years, not including permit time) You can pass a background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment You're able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed You're available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM)

Plus, each year you maintain your certification(s), you will continue to earn the corresponding bonus amount annually.
