At Financial Independence Group (FIG), our Receptionist role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the face of a vibrant and dynamic office. You'll be the friendly voice that handles all of our phone calls, providing a warm and cheerful greeting to everyone who contacts us. Additionally, you'll be the welcoming presence that greets our advisors and team members as they arrive, ensuring they feel right at home. We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic team player who loves creating a positive atmosphere. You'll bring your creativity and strong organizational skills to every task, all while spreading cheer and supporting our mission of Empowering Financial Professionals. Duties and Responsibilities
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
Answering all phone calls with a pleasant greeting and directing callers to the right place
Open/Close the office for the day (turning on/off lights and unlocking/locking entrance doors)
Setting up the welcome board for visitors and staff
Handle the main FIG Information Email Inbox, as well as multiple other department inboxes, and dispersing emails as needed
Greeting all visitors and helping them get setup with our electronic sign-in
Ensuring all visitors get water/tea/coffee or luggage & coat storage
Handle Staff Birthday Cards
Setting up office Closure/Holiday phone messages
Help with incoming mail
Receives and distributes UPS/FedEx/Amazon deliveries (Should be able to lift/move 40 pounds)

Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g. computers, scanners, copiers, etc.)
