SAER Client Services Representative needed to provide customer service to current clients, potential clients, and rDVMs, checking in clients, creating medical records, reviewing consent forms, and processing deposits and payments, processing referrals, managing multiple incoming phone lines while multitasking, and communicating effectively with clinical team members.

Other Work/Responsibilities

Minimum Experience/Education High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Department Required Skills

- Knowledge of Google Suite, email, and scanners. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills. - Ability to interact professionally with clients, faculty, and staff in demanding situations. - Ability to interpret VHC guidelines and client needs to determine emergencies. - Ability to manage multiple phone lines while assisting in-person clients. - Emotional intelligence, ability to empathize and mentally process difficult cases. - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations. - Previous client service experience in a veterinary emergency, ICU, or medical setting is preferred.
