Staffmark is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to support various HR, administrative, and internal engagement activities for a dynamic company in Troy, OH.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
This role supports HR operations by coordinating employee travel, assisting with HR projects and audits, planning company events, managing internal communications, and supporting safety initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy wearing many hats, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements for employees and contractors Maintain travel records and ensure policy compliance Support HR projects, audits, and employee engagement initiatives Plan and coordinate company events and internal meetings Schedule contractor visits and assist with safety meetings Manage internal communications, newsletters, and digital signage Assist with internal branding, employee recognition, and wellness programs Qualifications
2+ years in HR administration, office coordination, or related roles Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Experience with travel booking and event coordination is a plus Familiarity with HR processes, audits, or safety protocols is a bonus
