Job Description: AEM Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects that utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring timely and successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams . They manage the entire AEM deployment, from setting timelines and addressing team needs to ensuring goals are met.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively. Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project status to stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure alignment. Team Leadership:
Guide and support the project team, fostering collaboration and motivation. Risk and Issue Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and address issues that arise. Quality Assurance:
Ensure that projects meet quality standards and deliver the expected results. Delivery and Success:
Own the end-to-end delivery of AEM projects, ensuring they are successful. AEM Expertise:
Possess a good understanding of AEM and its various functionalities. Skills and Qualifications:
Project Management:
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution. Technical Understanding:
A good understanding of AEM and its capabilities is essential. Experience:
Prior experience managing development projects, including agile environments, is preferred. Certifications:
