We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in managing and delivering projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage teams and ensure project deliverables are completed on time. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, and ensure successful execution to meet project goals. Team Leadership:
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, motivation, and team performance. Deliverable Management:
Ensure all project deliverables are documented and completed on time, in line with client and business requirements. Communication & Reporting:
Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management through clear, concise reports and presentations. Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project delays or scope changes. Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are captured and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Allocation & Budgeting:
Manage project resources effectively, ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule. Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and post-project reviews. Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, successfully leading and delivering projects. Exposure to the ServiceNow platform and experience working in a ServiceNow project. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present project status, risks, and strategies to stakeholders. Excellent documentation skills, ensuring accurate capture of project deliverables, timelines, and progress. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address project challenges effectively. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications
MBA from a top-tier Indian Institute of Management PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications. Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD). Experience in managing projects within the IT industry. Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile project environments. Experience/knowledge with SNOW platform and modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM. Certifications
