Responsibilities
As a
NITFS Request For Change (RFC) Process Program/Project Manager (RFC)
you will be the primary point of contact for all
RFC - related matters within ExServ. You will review, assess, and modify
RFCs
to ensure alignment with ExServ's goals and objectives.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Coordination and Management of RFCs:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFCs, Coordinate with various teams to gather input and address concerns Attend RFC Related meeting to include pre-coordination, concept review, and TEMs Facilitate RFC review and approval processes Review and Validation:
Validate RFCs for completeness and consistency Review RFCs for alignment with company goals and objectives Identify and address potential issues or concerns Documentation and Tracking:
Develop and maintain comprehensive RFC documentation Establish and update tracking systems to monitor RFC progress Provide status updates associated with all RFCs at the weekly staff meeting. Training and Support: Provide training and support to colleagues on RFC process best practices Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams Analysis and Improvement: Analyze RFC process effectiveness and efficiency Develop strategies to improve the RFC process Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred. 8-12 years of project/program management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community. Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs with complex integration requirements. Proven experience with NITFS RFC Process Experience with
requirements and configuration management
tools and processes. Demonstrated experience in
risk management ,
metrics development , and data analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility
required.
