Responsibilities

As a NITFS Request For Change (RFC) Process Program/Project Manager (RFC), you will be the primary point of contact for all RFC-related matters within ExServ. You will review, assess, and modify RFCs to ensure alignment with ExServ's goals and objectives.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Coordination and Management of RFCs:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFCs, Coordinate with various teams to gather input and address concerns
  • Attend RFC Related meeting to include pre-coordination, concept review, and TEMs
  • Facilitate RFC review and approval processes

Review and Validation:

  • Validate RFCs for completeness and consistency
  • Review RFCs for alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Identify and address potential issues or concerns

Documentation and Tracking:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive RFC documentation
  • Establish and update tracking systems to monitor RFC progress
  • Provide status updates associated with all RFCs at the weekly staff meeting.
Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on RFC process best practices
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams
Analysis and Improvement:
  • Analyze RFC process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop strategies to improve the RFC process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred.

  • 812 years of project/program management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs with complex integration requirements.

  • Proven experience with NITFS RFC Process

  • Experience with requirements and configuration management tools and processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, metrics development, and data analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
