About The Role As a

Technical Support Engineer , you will play a key role in maintaining system health, resolving incidents, and ensuring service continuity. You will monitor systems, analyze logs, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely issue resolution. What Youll DO Monitor systems, APM dashboards, server health, backup jobs, and microservices performance (CPU/memory utilization). Analyze logs using various log management tools to investigate and resolve or escalate incidents. Manage incoming tickets via JIRA, emails, collaboration tools. Own escalations and unresolved issues, including RCA documentation. Follow standard escalation procedures to avoid SLA breaches based on severity levels. Collaborate with internal engineering, business, and customer support teams or customers themselves for resolution of issues. Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Configure alerts and develop runbooks for operational readiness. What Youll Require 26 years of hands-on experience in system monitoring, log analysis, or incident response. B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of log analysis. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and monitoring tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a proactive mindset. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership, service orientation, and customer focus. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools. Team player with a collaborative attitude. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
