Job Description
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the Permian Basin region. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure goals are met. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients and key partners to support future business opportunities. A strong background in construction management, particularly within the Property industry. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
