Comprehensive Med Psych Systems (CMPS), part of Optum, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will treat a wide array of mental health conditions that reflect the diverse needs of our patient population. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver therapeutic treatment for mental health conditions using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based techniques. Monitor treatment responses systematically, tracking changes in clinical symptoms and any side effects or complications. Ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory requirements. A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of Florida. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of post-master's degree experience providing behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient in computer systems for professional communication and medical documentation, such as Excel, Outlook, and EHR systems. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. The salary range for this position is $53,800 to $114,300 annually, based on full-time employment. Compensation is determined by factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws.
