Job Description

Lead all phases of commercial interior projects: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously or manage a flagship project from inception to delivery. Serve as the primary client liaison; manage expectations and maintain high satisfaction. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project performance metrics, ensure compliance with contracts, and manage change orders and RFIs. Mentor and oversee APMs, project engineers, and site superintendents. The Successful Applicant

Minimum 8+ years of experience managing commercial interior projects in NYC. Proven track record with high-end office or retail buildouts ranging from $5M-$20M+. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep knowledge of NYC construction codes, DOB processes, and union environments (if applicable). Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and other industry tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
