Full-Time Lead Innovation in Building Automation, Software & Control Systems Our client is seeking an Engineering & Software Development Manager to drive forward mission-critical security and automation projects. This leadership role puts you at the center of high-impact work—managing a talented team of engineers, delivering custom solutions, and shaping the future of secure, intelligent control systems. What You’ll Do: Lead a multidisciplinary team in the design and deployment of HMI, PLC, and integrated automation software Manage project timelines, task follow-up, and team execution from concept to deployment Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and clients to meet strategic goals Mentor and grow your team through training, career development, and recruiting Own departmental quality, performance, and process improvements Conduct regular team meetings and handle administrative responsibilities Travel to customer sites (approximately 10%) What You’ll Bring: 3+ years leading engineering teams and managing technical projects Proficiency in electrical control design and reading schematics (AutoCAD a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Hands-on experience in automation, controls, or security technologies Ability to pass a government background check Bonus if you have: Background in access control, video surveillance, or intercom systems Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field Take your leadership to the next level in a role where innovation meets purpose.
