We're looking for an experienced
Application Manager
to lead the strategy, support, and optimization of Microsoft SaaS applications-primarily
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
and
Microsoft Dynamics GP . In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless operations, successful integrations, and ongoing improvements.
This is a critical role for our IT department that collaborates across multiple teams to enhance productivity and drive efficiency through Microsoft-based systems.
The Application Manager will report directly to our Vice President of Information Technology & work a hybrid schedule out of our Corporate Office in Costa Mesa, CA.
What You'll Do:
Application Management & Optimization Own the lifecycle of Microsoft SaaS applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP Monitor application performance and ensure systems are fully optimized and updated Coordinate updates and patches to minimize disruption and maintain compatibility System Integration & Customization
Lead integrations between Dynamics systems and other business platforms (ERP, HR, Finance) Manage data migrations and system upgrades with accuracy and minimal business impact Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for customization needs User Support & Training
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support Create and deliver training and maintain user guides for Microsoft Dynamics systems Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with Microsoft and other third-party vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and new features Partner with internal stakeholders to align technology functionality with business goals Security, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure applications meet data protection and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) Implement user access controls and manage regular audits Monitor performance through KPIs and deliver regular reporting to senior leadership Continuous Improvement
Stay current with new Microsoft SaaS features and recommend improvements Identify opportunities to optimize usage and improve business workflows What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a
technical discipline
or equivalent experience required 5+ years of experience managing
Microsoft SaaS
applications, including
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
(Sales, Marketing, Customer Service Microsoft Dynamics GP
(Financials, Payroll, Inventory)
Experience with system integration, data migration, and Microsoft customization Strong SQL skills
or familiarity with database query tools Bonus: Experience with
Power Platform
(PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) Excellent communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Must be able to comply with the U.S. Export Control Laws Important Note:

Salary & Benefits
The pay for this position has a base salary of $125,000-$145,000. The actual pay will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition to highly employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans, Astro Pak offers competitive retirement savings and 401k plans, flexible spending, family leave, training and paid time off.
