What You'll Do: Handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy Accurately process customer payments Initiate and monitor billing or service dispute cases Provide account-related support and general service information Document call details and case notes in the system Follow company procedures to resolve customer concerns What You'll Bring:
MINIMUM of 2 years, recent experience, at each employer. High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous customer service or call center experience (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a phone-heavy, fast-paced setting Basic computer and data entry proficiency Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must pass a federal background check, drug screening, education verification and employment verification Why Apply?
