Now Hiring: Help Desk IT Specialist (Level 1) – Marquee Dental (MUST BE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE) Location: Remote | Full-Time | Up to $45/hour | Limited Travel ( Do you have 2–4 years of IT support experience and a passion for solving problems that make a real impact? Marquee Dental is looking for a Help Desk IT Specialist to join our growing technology team and support the infrastructure behind 75+ dental offices across multiple states.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first line of IT support—triaging, managing, and resolving tickets through our ticketing system
Provide support for a wide range of equipment, including:
Dental-specific hardware (CBCT machines, x-ray sensors, 3D printers)
General IT infrastructure (endpoints, networking, mobile devices)
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees and devices
Work as part of a collaborative IT team that includes:
Two Level 1 Help Desk Technicians
One Help Desk Level 2
One System Administrator
Strategic support from a Virtual CIO
What You Bring:
2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site setting
Educational background in computer science or a related field, or a 2-year technical degree
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint support, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
