We are seeking a detail-oriented
Aerospace Assembler
with a strong background in mechanical assembly, particularly involving
latches, slides, and small parts . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the
aerospace or defense manufacturing industry
and demonstrate a steady hand, excellent dexterity, and a commitment to precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed mechanical assembly of aerospace components, including latches, slides, and other small parts
Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies by following strict aerospace standards
Document work performed and complete production paperwork as required
Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors
Maintain clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of aerospace or precision assembly experience
Strong familiarity with
latches, slides, and small mechanical assemblies
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with close attention to detail
Proficient with hand tools and measurement devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
