A fast-growing, innovation-driven food manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled
Senior Project Manager
to lead cross-functional initiatives that bring new products to market and drive operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering results.

Lead Product Commercialization
: Drive end-to-end project execution for new product launches and product changes, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
: Coordinate with teams across R&D, Operations, Marketing, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution and accountability.
Capital & Operational Projects
: Manage capital expenditure and process improvement initiatives in partnership with engineering, safety, and quality teams.
Governance & Program Support
: Support stage-gate processes and governance protocols while occasionally stepping in to lead program management updates for key accounts.
Qualifications: 4-6 years of project management experience in manufacturing, preferably in food or consumer goods.
Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or Project Management preferred); MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and supply chain operations.
Location: Waukegan, IL - Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $80 - $120K (DOE)
