Role Description:
**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead large-scale, complex programs within the GSE domain, aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory mandates.* Partner with stakeholders at all levels, including VP and Executive-level business and technology counterparts, to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.* Oversee integrated planning and execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring consistency and alignment across workstreams.* Identify, assess, and manage **program-level risks, issues, and controls**, ensuring timely mitigation and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.* Deliver detailed status reporting and executive-level updates, clearly communicating progress, dependencies, and decisions.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, engineers, compliance teams, and external vendors.* Drive governance processes, including steering committee meetings, tollgate reviews, and audit readiness.* Ensure programs adhere to enterprise project management standards, timelines, and budgets.**Required Qualifications:*** 8+ years of program/project management experience in the financial services or mortgage industry.* Strong working knowledge of **Freddie Mac, Client**, or related GSE regulatory frameworks and initiatives.* Proven track record in managing **large enterprise-level programs**, including oversight of risk management and internal controls.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at the **VP and Executive level**.* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.**Preferred Qualifications:*** PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certification.* Prior experience with loan origination, servicing, securitization, or credit risk programs in GSE environments.* Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.**Soft Skills:*** Executive presence and ability to facilitate high-stakes conversations.* Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.* Ability to drive results across matrixed teams.
