REQUIRED SKILLS
Analyze deliverables (e.g., Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Application Context Diagrams, technical documents) to create comprehensive business and technical process flows. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document requirements, process flows, and data interactions Evaluate workflows to confirm completeness and accuracy as well as document and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks associated before implementation Create Context Diagrams that shows System/application Interface and Business Process Models. Identify and present alternative solutions, facilitating stakeholder discussions to select optimal approaches. Develop and document baseline process documentation to establish a starting point for stakeholder discussions. Familiarity with enterprise architecture diagrams and business controls. Extensive experience in cloud-based data architecture (e.g., Snowflake, CCaaS, Conversational AI) and telecom platforms (BSS/OSS, Framework, Open Digital Architecture, etc). Understanding of Agile methodologies and deliverables Creative problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills Skilled in client interaction, relationship building and effective communication Identity, gather and document business and technical requirements with clarity and consistency Contact Center experience is a plus
