Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or BI roles Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel Deep experience with Power BI, including DAX and M queries Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, etc.) Ability to lead projects independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with ETL pipelines and ability to work with data engineers Strong experience in designing and analyzing KPIs Ability to collaborate with data scientists on metric design and interpretation Experience presenting insights to business leaders Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
