Client Overview:
Our client, an ingredient distributor is seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join their team on a temp to hire basis. Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will assist the company owner directly in managing customer service-related tasks, such as managing inbound/outbound calls, responding to customer emails, and helping with ad hoc administrative tasks. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Managing inbound calls.
Responding to customer emails.
Handling mail (incoming and outgoing).
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative Experience in a corporate office.
Has experience writing professional emails.
Has experience speaking with customers by phone.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
Manufacturing or Distribution experience.
Relationship-driven, goes above and beyond in a customer service representative role.
Outgoing and bubbly personality.
Comfortable with wearing multiple hats.
No task too big or too small attitude (i.e. packing up samples that need to be shipped out and taking to UPS).
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
