Human Resources Assistant
in Virginia, USA.

Accountabilities:
Collaborate with leadership to apply HR policies and procedures effectively. Coordinate HR projects including surveys, annual training, and legal compliance activities like AAP and EEO-1 reporting. Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Research, develop, and assist in implementing competitive compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs. Ensure adherence to employment, benefits, safety, and insurance regulations. Stay informed on employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management trends. Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of HR experience preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations. Experience with human resource information systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software. Benefits
