Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts that may arise on site.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
