Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of project life cycle from estimating to close out on new apartment/condo builds from 100 - 300 units.

Manage project budget.

Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.

Build mutually beneficial relationships and work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subs, field staff, and office staff.

Help develop staff on Assistant Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, and Superintendents.

Qualifications

At least 5 years in construction including new construction experience.

3+ years' experience on multifamily projects, garden style .

Procore or similar construction project management software experience.

Preconstruction/estimating experience (a plus).

Field experience (a plus).

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar ().
