Key Responsibilities for Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction in San Diego

- Coordinate with preconstruction, field teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction in San Diego
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer with a general contractor
- Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily building and construction
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
