Summary
We are seeking experience Business Process Consultant (Business Analyst) with expertise in ServiceNow to analyze, design, and optimize business workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, enhance process efficiency, and support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions to drive digital transformation. Required: S2P and Shopping Hub experience and catalogue knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Assess current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and optimization. Define and document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented. Support ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations as needed. Conduct process validation, UAT coordination, and end-user training. Develop and maintain business process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment. Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators. Ensure compliance with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant ServiceNow modules. Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant, preferably with ServiceNow. Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules. Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, and business process modeling. Ability to write detailed functional specifications, business cases, and test scripts. Familiarity with ServiceNow configurations and integrations is a plus. Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
